Who we are
We are AZ Mobile Notary Pros. Our website address is https://www.azmobilenotarypros.com.
This page describes, in plain English, what this website does with your information. It is a description of how the site works, not legal advice.
The information you give us
The booking form on our contact page is the only place on this website where you can give us personal information. It asks for your first name, last name, phone number and email address, all of which are required, and then two optional things: the type of Notary service you need, chosen from a list, and a free-text box where you can describe what needs notarizing and where you would like us to meet you.
Whatever you type into that box is sent to us exactly as you write it, so please share only what you want us to have. You do not need to send us the documents themselves to book an appointment.
The form also carries a hidden field that real visitors never see or fill in. It catches automated spam and collects nothing about you.
Where your booking request goes
When you send the form, your request goes to FormSubmit, an independent form service, which forwards it to us by email. FormSubmit handles your request under its own terms, and we do not control what it keeps on its own systems.
If your browser has JavaScript turned off, sending the form takes you to our thank-you page instead of staying on this one.
We use your request to answer you and to arrange your appointment.
When you call or email us
You can also reach us by phone or email instead of using the form. If you do, we have whatever you choose to tell us, and it sits in our phone and our email inbox in the ordinary way.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It saves nothing in your browser’s storage, and it does not ask you to accept cookies because there are none to accept.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a simple visit counter that runs inside our own Cloudflare account, so we can see which pages people find useful. It sets no cookie and saves nothing in your browser.
We run no tag manager and no advertising pixel. We do not build a profile of you and we do not follow you to other websites.
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting company whose servers keep routine records of the pages that are requested from them.
Maps and links to other websites
Our home page shows the office maps. Each one is loaded from Google only when you scroll down far enough to reach it, and Google will see that request, in the same way it would if you had opened a map yourself. If you never scroll to the maps, nothing is requested from Google.
We also link out to other places, including our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, our Google review pages, and Arizona government and court websites. Those are ordinary links. Once you follow one you are on someone else’s website, and their privacy policy applies there, not ours.
What this website does not do
There are no accounts and no logins on this site. There is nothing to register for, no password to set and no profile to create.
There are no comments. You cannot upload a file or a photograph to us through this website, and there is no newsletter or mailing list to join. The booking form is the only form on the site.
